About this project:
This project was a simple refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house. The house and garden was in a very run down state when we purchased the property and needed some roof work (ie roof tiles replacing) and it needed totally redecorating, new kitchen and bathrooms fitting. Part of the house needed rewiring and the plumbing needed some work to get it all back in shape. The garden needed clearing and tidying and we installed a new driveway and new entrance gates leading on to the drive from the road. The project was a fairly simple job which was all completed within a 6 month period.
