About this project:
This was a huge renovation project of a large seven bedroom grade 2 listed building. This property needed a complete overhaul which involved stripping the entire roof and re felting the roof and then re using the old peg tiles which we had previously removed. We replaced all windows and doors with like for like replacements. Re wiring and re plumbing the whole house, fitting new bathrooms and kitchen and redecorating throughout.

We then applied for planning permission to build 3no four bedroom detached oak timber framed house to the rear of the property on what was the old garden and yard. Please see details of this The Old Dairy Mews .
