About this project:
This project involved initially gaining planning permission to convert 13 Kneesworth Street from a shop and large 4 bedroom house which was split over three floors and converting this grade 2 listed building in to a shop, a one bedroom flat and a large three bedroom flat. To the rear of the property was a large newly built commercial building which had been used as a print works. The second phase of this project was to gain planning permission to convert the commercial building (which was not a listed building) at the rear of 13 Kneesworth Street in to three separate dwellings. The end result meant that:
13 Kneesworth Street became a shop
13A Kneesworth Street became a three bedroom apartment split over three floors
13B Kneesworth Street became a one bedroom flat
